August Player of the Month
Cole J. Young was 5-8 at the dish in two league games, with a double, HR, and 5 RBI's.

July Player of the Month

Mike Koentopp went 6-9 at the dish with 2 doubles in 3 games, driving in 7 runs and scoring 3, and one base on balls.

June Player of the Month
Jim Robinson through the first 4 games and 16 innings pitched has given up one run while stiking out 24 and is 3-0 on the season.

May Player of the Month
Cole J. Young was 6-6 at the dish hitting 2 2B's, 2 HR's, walking twice and driving in 6 in two games played. May was shortened due to a forfeit and mid month start to league.

2009:Kevin Isherwood went 12-2-2 in 2009 bringing his 5 year record to 97 wins, 11 loses, and 2 saves. Ish also hit .452 with 13 runs scored, 12 RBI, and 10 walks. Ish will have a chance to record his 100th victory as a Souvenir this winter in the 41st running of Snowshoe during January 2010 in Priest Lake, Id.

2009: Mike Kuck continued to lead his team and pitching staff from behind the dish and was the team captain for 3 straight years. Kaptain Kuck hit .570 on the year with 47 runs scored, 8 2B, 3 3B, 10 HR's, 64 RBI, 12 BB, and 101 total bases in 27 games played.

2011: Gold Glove; Koentopp led the team in Avg.(.656); 2B(7); 3B(3), and Hits(21); Missoula Invite: Co-MVP and won the Home Run Derby with 24 dingers.

October Player of the Month
Kevin Isherwood was steady all fall, winning the Semi Final and Championship game with precision as he did all year. Kevin lost one game due to errors and was 5-1 in the Fall Season and 3-1 in October and was 3-7 at the plate(.429) with 2 rbi's and 2 walks. Ish's 2010 record was 13-1.

September Player of the Month
Corey Freuen went 10-13 in September, In 3 games "Woody" drove in 13 runs, with 4 doubles, a triple, and two home runs. Corey hit a walk off Grand Slam to beat Ziggy's and has two stolen bases.

August Player of the Month
Cole J. Young was 12 for 24 in the month with 11 extra base hits and 5 home runs in 8 games. Cole hit the game winning double to send the Souvenir's to defend their 4th straight summer championship. Led the month in RBI's 20, walks 7, slugging % 1.417 and injuries.

July Player of the Month
Mike Kuck led the Souvenirs behind the plate and at the dish in the shortened month of July. Due to reschedules and a bye the Souvenirs only played 4 games. Kaptain Kuck was 7-12(.583 avg.) with 2 doubles, a home run, 10 rbi's, 4 walks, and an OBP of .647.

June Player of the Month
Mike Koentopp led the Souvenir's at the plate throughout June and committed one error in 7 games played at short stop. Topp hit .714 with 14 runs scored, a 2B, 3B, 4 HR, 2 grand slams, 21 RBI's, 4BB, 1HBP, and 2 stolen bases.

Kevin Isherwood wins 100th Game
Ish won his 100 victory in just over five years Wednesday June 30th vs. first place MIXX. Going the distance, Kevin scattered 7 hits, walked one, and struck out 5. Ish is 100-11 as a Souvenir since 2005 and is 3-0 this season with 9 K's and 3BB in 17 innings pitched. Congratulations Kevin on your retirement as well!

May Player of the Month
Guy Perham dominated the month of May going 5-0 allowing 24 hits in 27 innings pitched. Guy walked 5 while striking out 12, compiling an ERA of 3.0. 4 of the 5 wins were complete games.

April Player of the Month
Brandon Boosie Bussard aka the Busch Light Bomber went 7-10 in the month of April with 5 runs, 2B, 3B, and a HR while driving in 5 with an OPS of 2.000.

Souvenirs 2009 MVP'S
Oct. 15, 2009: The 2009 Souvenirs won both Summer and Fall Championships with consistent performances by MVP's Eric Kelly and Rob Herzog.

Eric Kelly's second season with the Souvenirs was influential in the team capturing its 4th Summer and Fall League titles. Eric led in 7 batting categories while playing shortstop and hitting lead off for the Souvenirs. Kelly hit safely in all 25 games played and had 2, 5 hit games. Eric was a Summer League ALL-STAR and was second on the team in home runs, hitting all 5 in the team final 8 summer league games. Eric played in 4 of 12 Fall games due to work conflicts hitting .450 with 2 HR's.

Rob Herzog's first season with the team was clutch. He helped shoulder the load of pitching duties with 2007 MVP, Kevin Isherwood. With injuries and work conflicts, Rob not only led the team on the mound with 8 wins, 27 K's, 10 CG's, and an ERA of 4.81 he hit .579 with 22 hits, 15 runs, and 16 RBI's. Rob was the winning pitcher in the Summer League ALL-STAR game. In the Fall Rob was 5-0 with 17 K's in 23 IP. Rob will be helping the Souvenirs go for the championship this winter in Snowshoe 2010.

2009 Silver Slugger Award:
Taylor "Reno" Contos

This year the Souvenirs added an award to not only recognize contributions at the plate, but an all around impact in the teams run towards defending its championship with consistency. Reno took over in the outfield when 3 starters were injured and/or had work conflicts. Taylor hit .500 with 39 RBI's, lead the team in triples, HBP, and stolen bases(15). Mr. Contos also had 3 game winning RBI's and played in all 33 games in 2009, including the Summer League ALL-Star game.

2009 Daddy's Diamond Award:
Brandon "Boosie" Bussard

This award is given to the player that personifies how men's softball should be played, hammered, hung over, and/or hurt at all times and dominate. Boosie won team drunk for the third year running all while playing in 30 games hitting .542 with 61 runs; 10 doubles, 5 triples, 8 home runs, 56 RBI's, and 7 stolen bases. Boosie the Brew-master is also heading up the Souvenir Brewing Co. in efforts to gain sponsorship and will be apart of the 2010 Snowshoe squad. Thank you Boosie, we cannot wait to enjoy a Boosies Busch League beer this winter, while talking about what 2010 will bring for our softball community.

2009 Gold Glove Award:

Bob "Bobert" Kuck

Bob played in all but two games this season starting at third base in 31 games. Boberts solid defense and consistency helped out his pitching staff. Bob committed only 2 errors on the season, while hitting .392 with 27 RBI's, 5 of them game winners. Thank you for your efforts and remember, "Watch the BUNT!"
